Delivery will be made on the date specified.

Delivery is guaranteed to be within 24 hours (not applicable over local and international peak periods)(flower orders only). If the order is placed before 12:00 we will deliver the same day. Saturday orders need to be placed by Friday 15:00 (flower orders only) Hamper orders need to be in by Thurs 12 Noon. We do not deliver on Sundays or Holidays.

Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral directors and cemeteries; i.e. where deliveries are made to a central point and not directly to the recipient. Please note that orders to a hospital must be delivered in a container. Bunches cannot be delivered.

In such cases the signature of a person authorized to receive the order shall be accepted as proof of delivery and the fulfillment of the order. We cannot take responsibility for flowers being stolen. We always make every effort to deliver customer gifts to that special person. If the recipient is not available, the florist will leave a 'Sorry, you were out' card, inviting them to call the florist and arrange a more convenient delivery time. Rural areas still present a challenge and if there is no service available or if there is an additional delivery fee we will contact you.

Please Note Hamper deliveries

All our hampers and gifts are made up by ourselves or preferred suppliers. Although every effort is made to replicate the image displayed on our website, there may on occasion be a slight variation. Please note that all specialty products used in the hampers may be made up in a warehouse containing nuts.

Our hampers and gifts are delivered by an independent courier company and delivery dates vary based on the delivery area.

Gift Hamper delivery only in Johannesburg and Pretoria. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for certain hampers to reach the recipient.

There are NO deliveries of couriered products on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. We can't guarantee a specific delivery time but will make every effort to meet your requests. Normal delivery times for our couriers are weekdays between 09.00 and 18h00.

Busy Periods

Most holidays are very active periods for the delivery of floral products (e.g. Valentine's Day, etc) and because of the volume of gifts being delivered during these times, we ask that you place your order with us as soon as possible, and at least several days in advance of the delivery date, to help us plan ahead and ensure a successful delivery on the specified date.

Telephone Numbers

Please ensure that your telephone number as well as the recipients telephone numbers, both land line and cellular phone is supplied to help us ensure that the delivery gets done even if some complication should arise. (for instance, you're sending flowers or a gift to a friend in hospital and they've been discharged) and the sooner we are able to get in touch with the recipient to find an alternative solution the sooner the gift can be delivered successfully.

We cannot take responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer.
